Château de Plaisance

Amber Wine

Château de Plaisance Maceration Chenin Blanc

An experimental wine from an estate producing polished dry white wines typical of the new wave of Anjou producers. Chenin grapes were left to macerate for seven days with their skins and pips intact. The result is an aromatic nose of lemon curd, bee pollen and rhubarb, followed by citrus and kiwi flavours.
