Pet Nat Wines

Pét Nat, short for Pétillant Naturel, is a naturally sparkling style made using the ancestral method. Instead of a second fermentation like traditional sparkling wines, it is bottled while the first fermentation is still underway, trapping carbon dioxide and creating a gentle, lively fizz.

These wines are often unfiltered, which can give them a soft haze and a little sediment in the bottle. The result is usually bright, fruit forward, and refreshing, with a more relaxed bubble and a texture that feels slightly rustic in the best way. Served well chilled, Pét Nat suits easy drinking, aperitif moments, and food that leans fresh and light.
