Cava Wines

Cava is Spain’s famous sparkling wine, offering finesse, freshness, and a strong sense of place. Produced using the traditional bottle fermentation method (aka the Champagne method), it is most closely associated with Catalonia, where native grapes like Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada shape its crisp acidity, fine bubbles, and subtle savoury edge.

Expect citrus, orchard fruit, and gentle toasty notes in drier styles, with a structure that feels food friendly and easy to return to.
