From Jo Landron’s organically farmed vineyards in Muscadet, rooted in gneiss and granite, this traditional method sparkling wine blends Folle Blanche and Pinot Noir with Chenin Blanc. The nose opens with green apple, lemon zest, and white flowers, with a light yeasty note and a faint mineral edge. The palate is fresh and finely drawn, with brisk acidity carrying citrus and orchard fruit. The mousse is delicate, giving lift without weight. The finish is clean, dry, and lightly saline.
