From the Le Bourg parcel, planted to old Chenin Blanc on deep tuffeau limestone, this is among the domaine’s most complete expressions. The nose is restrained, opening slowly to quince, lemon peel, and a fine floral note, with a distinct chalky imprint. The palate is tightly coiled, with a firm line of acidity and a mineral core carrying orchard fruit without excess weight. Texture builds gradually through the mid-palate, supported by lees-derived breadth. The finish is long, stony, and saline, with a quiet persistence that reflects both site and élevage.
