Peter secured 0.8ha of Zoldveltlini (Gruner Veltliner) situated in Sopron, rooted in pure schist. Adopting a straightforward approach to winemaking, he crushed the grapes, subsequently pressing them for tank fermentation. Employing gravity, the wine was transferred and bottled, sidestepping both fining and filtration processes.
