Haoma Vins Rosé 2025

A debut release for former Cardwellian and aspiring young winemaker Morgane Pavri-Rième. 

The nose shows a bouquet of clementines, wild strawberry, and cumin. Attack is rich and silky with strawberry cream and mandarin, bursts of crisp peach flesh, thyme, and lavender oil. Luxurious mid-palate, with ribbons of salty pink grapefruit layered over almond sorbet. 

At once a delight, and a provocation. Cabernet Sauvignon has seldom looked so glamorous.
