This Savagnin is drawn from the En Beaumont lieu-dit in the Côtes du Jura, on marl and limestone that give a tighter, more mineral expression.
Made in an ouillé style, barrels are kept topped up through élevage, avoiding flor and preserving a fresher, more direct profile of the variety.
Citrus, green apple and quince lead, with a light almond note. The palate is mid-weight, with firm acidity and a dry, saline finish.
