Toolangi Vineyard F Block Chardonnay 2024

Drawn from the F Block at Toolangi in the upper Yarra, a cooler, elevated site with heavier soils that give a tighter, more structured expression.

Fermentation takes place in French oak, followed by extended élevage on lees. A higher proportion of new oak is used, building shape and length without overt influence.

White peach, citrus and struck flint lead, with a more pronounced mineral and savoury edge. The palate is mid-weight, with greater concentration, fine texture and a longer, more persistent finish.
