Fermentation includes a portion of whole bunch, with extraction kept gentle. Élevage takes place in French oak, used to shape the wine without overt influence.
Red cherry, strawberry and spice lead, with a light savoury edge. The palate is mid-weight, with fine tannins and a clean, even finish.
