White WineGirlan IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti 448 Bianco 2024
From vineyards around Cornaiano in Alto Adige, Cantina Girlan blends Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from sites between roughly 400 and 500 metres. Fermented in stainless steel with a short élevage on fine lees, the 2024 shows green apple, pear and citrus with a light alpine herb note. Pinot Bianco gives structure, Chardonnay adds breadth, and Sauvignon Blanc brings lift and aromatic detail. The finish is clean, with a fine mineral line that keeps the wine precise and food-oriented.
