Describing his vineyard as a 'farm' rather than a 'domaine,' Angeli orchestrates a self-sufficient and sustainable microcosm. Adhering to biodynamic principles, a harmonious interplay unfolds among cows, chickens, bees, and various crops alongside the vines. Even when sulfur is employed, it originates from volcanoes rather than petrochemical sources.

Crafted from 100% Biodynamic Grolleau Gris, the Rosé undergoes a unique process—whole-cluster pressed, fermented in tanks, and bottled a mere two weeks after harvest with residual sugar. This results in an esoteric yet iconic off-dry Rosé, showcasing the pinnacle of unconventional excellence.
