The most in-depth and comprehensive certification program devoted entirely to the rich and diverse wines of Spain, this course is designed especially for dedicated wine enthusiasts and industry professionals. The SWS provides the keys to understanding the many appellations, viticultural marvels, art of winemaking, historic landmarks and rich traditions that make Spanish wine a global benchmark.

Course Structure

The course runs over 6 weeks from 6pm-8pm on Wednesday nights at Cardwell Cellars, with two 6-hour intensives on Saturdays during the course.
