The most in-depth and comprehensive certification program devoted entirely to the wines of France, this course is designed especially for dedicated wine enthusiasts and industry professionals. The FWS is your passport to exploring the rich historical and cultural traditions, appellations and classification structures, viticultural and winemaking practices that make French wine a global benchmark.

Course Structure

The course runs over 6 weeks from 6pm-8pm on Tuesday nights at Cardwell Cellars, with two 6-hour intensives on Saturdays during the course.
