Maidenii Classic Vermouth

Winemaker Gilles Lapalus and Australian bartender Shaun Byrne, inspired by their shared passion for Vermouth, joined forces to craft Maidenii Vermouth. Blending the traditions of old-world gardens with the vibrancy of the new, they incorporated an array of ingredients, from leaves, herbs, and spices to fruits and roots. Central to their creation are wormwood and wine, both freshly sourced from Victoria, enriched with distinctive ingredients like strawberry gum, wattle seed, sea parsley, and river mint.
