Adopting the hands-off approach of Martin and Ariana, the wine is hand-harvested and naturally fermented using indigenous yeasts. Their cellar practices are marked by patience, allowing the wine to reach its optimal point before release. This wine bridges the gap between a light-bodied red, with its hints of juicy berries, earthy undertones, and subtle tannins, and a white wine, celebrated for its lingering acidity and revitalizing nature.
