The flagship skin contact orange wine from Xiao Pu. 60% Chardonnay, 20% Petit Manseng, 12% Viognier, 8% Gewürztraminer from Ningxia, China.
Fermented with indigenous yeasts. MLF was encouraged with aging in old oak for 8 months. A small portion of Chardonnay from reserves in Yunnan was added for lift.

Founded in 2017, ex-sommelier Ian Dai Hongjing, is a travelling negoçiant / 'nomad winery' that produces idiosyncratic cuvées experimenting with extended maceration, alternative varieties, and multi-vintage blending.
Directly translating to ‘Little Garden’ , Xiao Pu wines are a product of nature, made with sustainable practices and respect for the land and its people. Ian Dai works with long-term partners who share the vision of sustainable agriculture and modern farming philosophies.
