Timo Mayer makes "Bloody Hill" as his secondary label. Collaborating with his son, Rivar, they handpick the finest fruits, leveraging longstanding relationships with trusted growers. Excitingly, new vine plantings have been introduced to the Mayer estate exclusively for Bloody Hill, promising intriguing future vintages.

From the 2020 vintage onwards, the label bears the term "Villages", underscoring the diverse origins of the Bloody Hill grapes. The Chardonnay hails from an aged Bress Vineyard in Panton Hill, the Syrah from the cool climes of Coldstream, and the captivating blend of Syrah and Tempranillo finds its roots in Gembrook. Through Bloody Hill, one embarks on a flavorful journey across the Yarra's varied subregions.
