Muto Prosecco 2024

From the producer: 100% Prosecco from the Chalmers Merbein vineyard.

Sparkling & refreshing featuring notes of Granny Smith apple, lime, and floral honeysuckle, complemented by a creamy mouthfeel and a refined brioche-like aroma. With no added sugar (zero dosage), it offers a bone-dry yet balanced palate.

Destemmed fruit was basket pressed with full solids to tank for wild fermentation and maturation on lees for 6 months. The wine is then moved to a pressure tank where the bubbles are created via the Charmat method. Bottled, sealed, and labelled on site. Minimal sulphur was added at bottling.
