Movia ‘Rebula’ 2022

Movia’s Rebula 2022 comes from Brda, the hilly borderland between Slovenia and Friuli, where Rebula (Ribolla Gialla) has been cultivated since the Middle Ages. The Kristančič family, long stewards of Movia, farm their vineyards organically on marl and sandstone soils that accentuate freshness and minerality. The 2022 vintage reflects the house style of precision and quiet intensity: lemon zest, quince, and alpine herbs carried on a fine lattice of acidity, with a chalky, saline finish that lingers. A clear, articulate expression of Brda’s historic white variety.
