Kopke

Fortified Wine

Kopke Dry White Porto

The grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks, where they're allowed to macerate with their skins, undergoing periodic stirring. This process, carried out at controlled temperatures, yields a robust white wine teeming with color and the capacity for extended oak aging. To produce the final fortified wine, grape brandy is introduced, halting the fermentation. After maturation in 300-litre barrels, the wine evolves into a nearly ethereal state, exuding intricate aromas of spices, dried fruits, yellow stone fruits, and citrus hints.

This Port is a rich, slightly dry white variety, brimming with concentration. Its eye-catching vibrant yellow hue, bordered by a broad golden edge, conceals a wealth of opulent, smooth flavours, culminating in a refined, memorable finish.
