For this wine, Hannes sources grapes from younger vineyards, aged between 10 and 25 years, located in Sankt Margarethen and Zagersdorf. The fermentation process is spontaneous in stainless steel tanks, followed by 18 months in large Stockinger oak barrels. The wine is bottled without undergoing fining or filtration.
