“It’s red-berried, herbaceous, with a hint of tart rhubarb, hints of rose water, cold smoke and that fresh button mushroom umami note. A pinch of sweet spice, like cinnamon, too. This is very light, sloshy, of a good vibe with sparks of sweetness, crunch and a chalky-bitter finish. With eyes closed, it kinda drinks like a deeper coloured rose. Would be perfect to chill.
