Radikon

Amber Wine

Radikon Sivi 2021

Sivi' as it is known in Slovenia and Croatia, is the local name for Pinot Gris, which is widely cultivated along the Adriatic. Ramato style wines are an illustrious result of Sivi cultivation in Slovenia and Friuli, and Radikon's Sivi sits on the extreme edge of this wine style. A week on its skins makes this a Ramato one of intense extraction. At the same time; sitting within the Radikon, range, this is the winery's least extreme example of skin-contact winemaking and a great introduction to the estate's wines.
