Domaine des Thermes Rosé 2022

For over two centuries, Domaine des Thermes has stood as the bastion of the Robert family, its roots reaching back to the inaugural proprietorship recorded in 1792. The estate unfolds across the grounds of an ancient Roman villa, its historical significance affirmed by the excavation of ruins, which provide evidence of baths in the vicinity—a feature that inspired the name 'Thermes.'

Currently under the stewardship of Michel Robert and his wife Annie, along with their sons Sylvain and Olivier, each family member assumes a distinct role, fostering perfect synergy to craft exceptional wines. While Michel has delegated most of his daily responsibilities to the younger generation, Sylvain oversees winemaking, Olivier tends to viticulture, and Annie manages visitor interactions and daily sales. This robust teamwork reflects the family's unwavering commitment and diligent work ethic.

Spanning approximately 40 hectares, two-thirds of which are classified as Côtes de Provence AOP, the vineyard predominantly features classic Provençal grape varieties—Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Rolle, the latter constituting 15% of this cuvée.

The Thermes 'Fotunae' Rosé offers a sensory experience laden with aromatics reminiscent of stone fruit blossoms, abundant forest fruits, and a texture that goes above and beyond.

Reflecting on their decision to break away from the cooperative system and establish their own label in 1998, the Robert family takes immense pride in delivering an authentic and soulful expression from the Côtes de Provence.
