Cyril's classic Brut is a unique blend of 69 cider apple varieties, each sourced from various orchards throughout Glos in the Calvados department. This cider, certified organic, features dry and ripe apples with a slightly funky-barnyard finish. It undergoes slight filtration without the addition of sulfur, maintaining its natural essence.
