Confuron-Gindre Aligoté 2021

Domaine Confuron-Gindre is a family-run winery that has been in existence for six generations, located on Rue de La Tâche in Vosne-Romanée. While they don't own the monopole of La Tâche, they do have an impressive selection of vineyards across Vosne-Romanée, Nuits-St-Georges and Gevrey-Chambertin. In total, the Domaine covers 11 hectares with five village wines and four Premier Crus in Vosne-Romanée, as well as one Grand Cru from Échezeaux. This is especially noteworthy considering Vosne-Romanée is considered to be the pinnacle for Pinot Noir lovers. The Domaine has been relatively unknown until recently when Edouard Confuron, Francois's son, began taking over operations.

When tasted young, this wine retains a beautiful freshness with aromas of citrus fruits such as grapefruit and lemon.
