Fermented in fiberglass eggs and amphorae, the slow-pressed Jacquère unveils a bouquet of peach, honeysuckle, lime blossom, and pink peppercorns. On tasting, the "Cricri" is extremely refreshing and texturally arresting, with its light body and modest 10.5% alcohol content, inviting liberal enjoyment. Its mineral-rich finish is crisp and clean. An exceptional example of the potential of the Jacquère grape.
