Since 1966, Domaine du Bouchot has been crafting wines of distinction. The 10-hectare estate is located in the traditional region of Pouilly-Fumé on the right bank of the Loire Valley. In 2018, Antoine Gouffier and his wife took over the estate, bringing modern views to this classic area.
Their Sauvignon Blanc is a unique orange wine with a concentrated bead of red-peach and spicy flavors. It has a medium body with structure and slight tannins that make it stand out from other white wines. Grown biodynamically with Demeter certification, this wine offers plenty of character.
