Confuron-Gindre Vosne-Romanée 1er cru "Les Beaumonts" 2020

Domaine Confuron-Gindre is a family-run winery that has been in operation for six generations. Located in Vosne Romanée, the Domaine owns 11 hectares of vineyards across the villages of Vosne Romanée, Nuits-St-Georges and Gevrey-Chambertin. The Domaine produces five village wines, four Premier Crus and one Grand Cru from Échezeaux. The vineyard Les Beaumonts was planted in 1994 and faces east on a hillside with lots of stones, giving it strong light and good maturity. The wine produced has a deep purple to black color with an expressive fruit nose. It is made with 30% stems which bring freshness and a saline touch to the taste. With Edouard Confuron-Gindre at the helm, this family winery is gaining more recognition for its outstanding quality and value.
