"Fiano grown on Cambrian soil from top grafted vines with 30 years old root system . Hand picked in March , Wholebunch press directly into French oak barrel for natural fermentation . Maturation on lees for 12 months. Bottled in September 2022 unfiltered and minimum sulphites added . 13% alc.vol." - Gilles Lapalus
