The latest Jurassique Chardonnay leans more towards the Ouillé wines of Jura than the intensely flor-aged varieties.

Hailing from an exclusive vineyard in Tarrington, the grapes undergo whole bunch pressing, fermentation in barrels, and then a 12-month maturation in casks. After a complete malolactic fermentation, the wine boasts a luxuriously smooth texture.
