Red WineBoschkloof Cabernet Sauvignon–Merlot 2021
This blend is composed of around 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot. The grapes were manually harvested, then crushed and destemmed into stainless steel tanks, where they underwent both natural and inoculated fermentations, aided by twice-daily pump-overs. Following the alcoholic fermentation, the wine was left on its skins for an additional 12 days, then aged in 225-liter French oak barrels for a year.
