Crafted by Maison Piron, this Chardonnay is a product of the unique Corcelles terroir, where a blend of clay and limestone soils nurtures the vines. The wine benefits from the vines' north-northwest facing, which ensures a slow ripening process and excellent acid retention. Over a 12-month period, it's made using traditional methods and receives only a light dosage at the final bottling, enhancing its quality. The result is a wine with a fine, prolonged presence in the mouth, characterized by a delicate, creamy mousse. It boasts aromas of citrus, coupled with a fresh and smooth profile.
