The Cardwell Cellars Special Sparkling Blanc de Noir BDN is a sparkling rosé made using the Méthode Traditionelle. It's a vintage sparkling, from 2017, it was held on its lees for five years before disgorgement. Dosage was added to our specifications. The Pinot Noir grapes were grown organically by our friends in the Strathbogie Ranges.
