The flagship skin contact orange wine from Xiao Pu. 35% Chardonnay, 35% Welschriesling, 20% Vigonier, 5% Petit Manseng, 3% Gewürztraminer, 2% Muscat Blanc from Ningxia, China. Fermented with indigenous yeasts. MLF was encouraged with aging in old oak for 8 months. A small portion of Chardonnay from reserves in Yunnan was added for lift.
