Recaredo Corpinnat Intens Rosat Brut Nature 2021

From Recaredo in Corpinnat, working organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards on limestone soils in the Penedès, this rosé is produced in the traditional method and aged extensively on lees. The blend draws on Monastrell, giving both colour and structure. The nose opens with wild strawberry, redcurrant, and rose, with a fine autolytic note and a light savoury edge. The palate is dry and finely structured, with bright acidity carrying red berry fruit. The mousse is fine and persistent, adding texture without weight. The finish is long, saline, and lightly stony.
