Drawn from the Tussie Mussie vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula, a lower-lying, maritime-influenced site with sandy soils, giving a more open and aromatic expression.
Fermentation includes a portion of whole bunch, with extraction kept gentle. Élevage takes place in French oak, used to support the wine without overt influence.
Red cherry, strawberry and rose lead, with a softer, more lifted profile. The palate is mid-weight, with fine tannins and a clean, even finish.
