From Pyramid Valley’s North Canterbury vineyards, farmed biodynamically on limestone-rich soils, this rosé is drawn from Pinot Noir. The nose opens with wild strawberry, redcurrant, and a light floral note, with a faint herbal edge. The palate is dry and finely textured, with bright acidity carrying red berry fruit. A subtle mineral line runs through the wine, giving shape and persistence. The finish is clean, savoury, and lightly saline.
