From Pyramid Valley’s North Canterbury vineyards, farmed biodynamically on limestone-rich soils, this skin-contact white draws on Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris. The nose opens with orange peel, dried apricot, and mandarin, with chamomile, fennel, and a light savoury note. The palate is textured, with a gentle phenolic grip carrying citrus and orchard fruit. Acidity is present but integrated, giving shape without sharpness. The finish is dry, with a subtle bitterness and a light saline edge.
