Vidiano is an ancient grape indigenous to Crete, that has been revived thanks to the efforts of dedicated winemakers on the island. Grown on limestone-rich soils near Heraklion, this wine is vniified entirely in stainless steel.
Full-bodied and aromatic, the 2025 vintage shows stone fruit and quince, with chamomile and jasmine florals over a gravelly mineral backbone. With cellaring the palate will gain an oily texture, remniscent of styles from the Southern Rhone.
