From Clos Larrouyat, working steep hillside vineyards in Jurançon on clay and limestone with sandstone, this dry cuvée draws on Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng for both structure and lift. The nose opens with citrus peel, white peach, and a light floral note, with a faint herbal edge. The palate is taut and energetic, with firm acidity carrying citrus and stone fruit. A slight phenolic grip adds shape through the mid-palate. The finish is long, dry, and saline, with a gentle bitterness that keeps the wine defined.
