The De La Terre Pinot Noir 2024 comes from the De La Terre vineyard at Olive Tree Hill in Geelong. The site is defined by its limestone-rich soils, giving a firmer, more structured expression within the estate’s pinot range.
Fermentation includes a portion of whole bunch, with extraction kept controlled. Élevage takes place in French oak, used to support the wine’s structure and length.
The 2024 sits in a mid-weight register, with red cherry, raspberry and spice, alongside a more pronounced savoury edge. The palate is structured and persistent, with fine tannins and a long, even finish.
