'En Spois' features all the classic elements of a Vin Jaune with some generous apple fruit mid-palate and softer oxidative notes (almonds and cashews) to allow the wine to be enjoyed younger, and in a more versatile setting. This is the wine I'd like to show to somebody who has never tried a Vin Jaune before! Can cellar, but would drink now.
