Weinbach Théo Riesling 2023

This Riesling is drawn from vineyards around Kaysersberg, on a mix of granite and limestone-derived soils, giving a balanced expression between tension and breadth.

Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, followed by élevage in large, old oak foudres, preserving clarity and line.

Lime, green apple and citrus lead, with white flowers and a light mineral edge. The palate is light to mid-weight, with firm acidity and a dry, precise finish.
