This Pinot Blanc is drawn from vineyards around Kaysersberg, on limestone and marl, giving a broader, more textural expression than the granitic slopes above.
Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, followed by élevage in large, old oak foudres, maintaining clarity while building gentle texture.
Pear, apple and citrus lead, with a light floral edge. The palate is mid-weight, with soft texture, balanced acidity and a dry, composed finish.
