Weinbach Les Treilles du Loup Gewurtztraminer 2023

This Gewurztraminer is drawn from the Les Treilles du Loup vineyard around Kaysersberg, on marl and limestone, giving a more controlled, structured expression of the variety.

Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, followed by élevage in large, old oak foudres, preserving aromatic detail while avoiding overt influence.

Rose petal, lychee and spice lead, with ginger and a light savoury edge. The palate is full without excess, with texture and moderate sweetness balanced by acidity and a long, composed finish.
