Weinbach Les Vignes du Prêcheur 2022

Drawn from vineyards around Kaysersberg, where limestone and marl soils give a finely structured expression of Alsace's field blend tradition.

Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, followed by élevage in large, old oak foudres, preserving clarity and texture without overt oak influence.

Citrus, orchard fruit and white flowers lead, with a light spice note. The palate is mid-weight, with gentle texture, balanced acidity and a dry, composed finish.
