Weinbach Alsace Grand Cru Schlossberg Riesling 2023


This Riesling is drawn from the Schlossberg Grand Cru above Kaysersberg, on steep, south-facing slopes of decomposed granite, giving a more precise and mineral expression.

Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, followed by élevage in large, old oak foudres, preserving clarity while allowing the wine to settle.

Lime, citrus and white peach lead, with a pronounced stony edge. The palate is mid-weight, with firm acidity and a long, structured finish.
