Utzinger White Label Chardonnay 2025

The Utzinger winery is located on the Western side of the Tamar valley in northern Tasmania. Here, they grow high-density Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah. The rich, ferrous topsoil contains large volumes of dolerite pebbles and lays on top of a heavy clay subsoil, which acts as a natural sponge for water and nutrients.

On the property, space is reserved for native grass cover, and plants that create a biodiverse ecosystem for native mammals and invertebrates.
